Join us at the spectacular Banrock Station Wine and Wetlands Centre for a truly unique, crafted food and wine experience as our talented chefs present a mini degustation that highlights the aromas and flavours of our exciting new Banrock Station Zero alcohol wines. 

With such an interest on healthier choices and moderation, now is a great time to explore our amazing zero alcohol range at Banrock Station with generous serves and our talented chef's gourmet pairings. 

Its a fantastic experience to kick off a long lunch on our beautiful deck.


The mini degustation and wine experience starts with our first match of Marinated Orange slices poached in our zero bubbles, with grilled haloumi, baby spinach and scorched peaches, paired with our Banrock Zero bubbles.

Second course is Seared Scallop on cauliflower puree, with a chardonnay beurre blanc, topped with bacon shards, paired with our Banrock Zero chardonnay.

The final course is our Handmade Pizzetta with prosciutto, baby bocconcini and cherry tomato, paired with our Banrock Zero shiraz.


This is a premium guided food and wine experience suitable for up to 8 guests at a time at your own private table.  Bookings for group tastings for more than 8 people are welcome, please contact the cellar door directly.

  • Dietary requests will be considered but the dishes have been specifically created to match with the wines.
  • This experience is for a minimum of 2 guests.    
  • This experience consists of non alcoholic wines but is designed for guests 18+ 
  • With no alcohol, this is a great choice for your designated driver.
